What does payroll cut-off mean?

All changes impacting pay or payslips for a given month should be entered and approved in Workday prior to payroll cut-off for that payday. Any entries after cut-off will not be accounted for and may need to be manually processed the following pay period. If in doubt, email [e-mail]
For managers entering payments, please ensure you use an effective date within the month the payment should be received (and as above, entered and approved before cut-off).

If you’re new to Petsplus and your start date is after the 15th of the month, you’ll receive your first salary payment the month following your start date.
